Probate Court one would like to wish you a very Happy New Year. Judge Jerry W. Simoneaux, Jr. has taken the bench in Probate Court One and looks forward to working with you in the future.
At this time the Court would like to refresh our Appointee List. We are asking that all Appointees re-register to serve in Probate Court One. Please take a moment to let us know if you no longer wish to serve as an Appointee or if there have been any changes to the types of appointments you would like to receive. Also please note any firm affiliation, address or contact information changes. Please review your Ad Litem Certificate expiration date. An expired certificate causes your name to be dropped from the list for Guardianship appointments. Please forward updated certificates to the Court.
To remain on Court One's list, please re-register by March 30, 2019. If we have received no response by that date, your name will not be included.
Please send the forms to: email@example.com.
